Arbitron announced this morning that it has filed a patent infringement suit against Media Audit/Ipsos, alleging that the company is infringing on three patents that are owned by Arbitron. In the suit, Arbitron asks for a permanent injunction against Media Audit/Ipsos, as well as "adequate compensatory damages."
